Mr Runsewe has over a decade experience in the Financial Services sector. Prior to Sage Grey, he worked as a Managing Director of First Asset Limited. First Asset Limited is a Finance, Advisory and Research Company registered in Sierra Leone. First Asset Limted also offers Finance products such as Project Finance and Asset Finance.  Under his leadership, the company offered Advisory services to Commercial Banks, Mining Companies and to Foreign Investors operating or proposing to operate in West Africa. First Asset Limited has worked with several investors and has successfully raised over $300 Million for several clients in West Africa mostly in Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Liberia. While at Guaranty Trust Bank , Mr. Runsewe headed several groups and teams in the bank’s subsidiary including Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking and Mining. He has attended several Credit Courses at GTBank Plc Lagos, The KRC Ltd Lagos, and Harvard Associates- Lagos amongst others. Also, attended several other courses including an Investment Management Training at Robert Kennedy College in Zurich Switzerland (December 2011). He has extensive skills in marketing, budgeting, negotiations, team management and portfolio management.  He also worked at Vigzit Benet Leasing Nigeria where he left as the Head of Product development. He was specialized in developing leasing products for corporate bodies, institutions, associations and government agencies. He has developed several products which include the University of Lagos Computer Acquisition Scheme (1,850 participants), Senior Staff of College of Education Computer scheme at the Federal College of Education Akoka amongst others.

He has a B.Sc. Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering (University of Lagos), MBA. (University of Wales, UK) and M.A Development Management (University of Sierra Leone)

Amongst other boards in which he sits, Mr Runsewe is also on the board of Directors of First Asset Limited, Aristotle Services Limited and Balaah Hope Initiative (a Non-Governmental Organisation focussed on Social Issues of the girl child).

 

Humphrey Uzoh

He has over 13 years active experience in the financial services industry in Nigeria having worked with Diamond Bank Plc and Bank PHB for that period.

He has vast experience in money and capital market. He successfully implemented flex-cube securities module for Diamond Bank and has managed a portfolio of about 450 Billion naira in government securities profitably. Also, he is still fondly known at Diamond Bank Plc as the person that re-priced the bank’s  N300Billion Treasury Bills portfolio during a major market turn in 2012.

He left Diamond Bank Plc as the Head, Foreign Currency Dealing with the Treasury and Financial Institution division of the bank.  Prior to that role, he headed the Money Market and Liquidity Management  Unit for about 3 years with the same bank. He had also headed several units such as Fixed Income Desk , Local Currency Trading and Foreign currency Transfers. He has an extensive and pragmatic experience in International trade finance  He also worked with Bank PHB as a relationship manager.

He has a Msc. Finance and Management (Cranfield School of Management, England), MBA(Lagos state University-Lagos Nigeria),Bsc. Business Administration (2.1)(University of Ilorin, Nigeria) and a Diploma in computing (Distinction) (University of Lagos, Nigeria).

 

Omotayo Banjo

Mr. Omotayo Banjo is currently the CEO of Excel Global Resources. He was previously the Managing Director of AFCOM (SL) Limited – the biggest ISP and IT integrated solutions company in Sierra Leone.

He is also the CEO of Dimension Services (SL) Limited and T.T & T Solutions Limited a firm of Financial, Management consultants and Investment Analysts and also a member of the board of other companies with interest in general commerce, transportation and haulage, money transfer, real estate amongst a few.

Tayo garnered 14 years of experience working with Unipetrol Nigeria Limited (a downstream oil company that later became OandO), Intercontinental Bank Plc , Bank PHB Plc and Bank PHB Gambia, he has gathered exposure and experience in project analysis and structuring, project management, investment analysis, management structuring, financial analysis, cash flow management and projection. His major strength lies in risk management, as he has headed the risk management department for several banks in several capacities.

He has a BA in Economics from the prestigious University of Ibadan and several certificates in relevant fields and competencies.

Adeola Odutola

She has over a decade experience in the Financial Services Industry. She currently works for Advanced Research & Intelligence Services. Prior to the aforementioned, she worked with Financial Derivatives Co. Ltd where she provided Finance and Advisory service where she advised clients such as Avis Nigeria and Phase 3 Telecoms. She also organized economic review sessions for clients, including Citibank, Diamond Bank, Access Bank, UBA, Sterling Bank, and Unity Bank. She also organised strategic retreats and management sessions for clients such as Chevron Nigeria, Mouka Foam, MTN, UBA, Custody, Associated Discount House, First Bank, First Trustees, and Fidelity Bank. She also served on the Presidential Sub-Technical Committee, reviewed tariffs and incentives as well as expenditures for the Ministry of Finance. She also worked with First City Monument Bank Plc and Stardust UK Limited.
She has a MSc Finance and Investment (Distinction)(Queen Mary University of London, UK), BSc Banking & Finance GPA (First Class) Igbinedion University, Okada, Nigeria and is a Level II Candidate in the CFA Program .

 

Modupe Olagoke

Mrs Olagoke is the Managing Director, Phoenix Mode UK Limited, a business intelligence firm specialising in Due Diligence for organisations, from financial institutions to private investors.
She has over a decade experience in the Finance Services industry in United Kingdom. She has worked with clients, which include Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, Barclays Plc (UK), Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group. She also worked with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc for a few years prior to her United Kingdom foray. She has a MSc Energy Futures (University of Aberdeen, Scotland) and BSc Geology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria.
