ADEJUMO ATIBA
Executive Director

Adejumo Atiba is a seasoned professional with over 17 of experience in the banking industry. He started his early career as a domestic operations officer in Zenith Bank in 2006 and rose to the position of IT Audit at Zenith Bank. He is responsible for the Company’s IT audit services and provides compliance and security advises to clients He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and MBA (Entrepreneurship and small business management) from Babcock University, Ilishan respectively.

OLUFEMI JOSEPH
Investment Director

Olufemi Adeola Joseph is a seasoned Banker with over 2 decades experience cutting across multiple facets of marketing and financial services in the banking industry – retail, commercial and corporate. He started his professional banking career in United Bank of Africa Plc in 1994 and later had a stint with the legacy Oceanic Bank International Nigeria Limited before joining Sterling Bank Plc in 2001. While in Sterling Bank, Femi managed several strategic business units between 2004 and

2010, during which he gained the reputation for being an astute business turnaround manager.
In recognition of his contributions he advanced to assume the role of regional director in 2011, helping the bank to turn around its North-central Division, a mission that he accomplished within six months of assumption of duty.

Femi returned to Lagos in 2012 to help start up the bank’s Corporate Finance unit. He also moved on to set up the Power and Aviation desk under Corporate and Investment Banking Directorate. During this period, Femi and his team originated and managed deals in excess of $200 million. He possesses hands on experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, Business Origination and Relationship Marketing, Asset Management, Loan Remediation, Strategy and Planning, as well as Business Regulatory, Legal and Risk Compliance.

He retired from Sterling Bank in 2018 as Head of the Infrastructure Group where he was responsible for managing and deepening the bank’s book of business in the power, health, transport and telecommunication sectors, as well as mid-stream oil and gas.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA degree from the University of Lagos. He has attended several Executive Management Programs in leading business schools such as Maastricht School of Management, Netherland; State Bank of India Academy, India and Lagos Business School. He also has an excellent understanding of Nigerian financial ecosystem.

MARGARET PAUL-OBOT
Head of Operations

Margaret is the Head of Operations (Moneypenny) at Sage Grey. Margaret has over 14 years experience in the Finance Services Sector. She is responsible for all operational activities in the company covering Business Development, Human Resources, Administration, Compliance and Finance. Her background in Finance and her organisational skills ensure that the company is optimally run. She has a BSc. Banking and Finance (Lagos State University).

ADEYEYE SIJUADE
Head of Compliance/Internal Auditor

Adeyeye is the Head of Compliance and Internal Auditor at Sage Grey. Adeyeye has over 10 years experience in the Finance Services Sector. He had worked at Fundquest Financial Services Limited and Page Financial Services Limited , both CBN regulated financial institutions , as the Head of Compliance. He works with the company to ensure all regulatory and company compliance requirements are adhered to. d in Finance and her organisational skills ensure that the company is optimally run.

He has a B Tech. Management and Accounting from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

IFEYINWA UCHEAGA
Associate, Legal and Research

Ifeyinwa provides Legal and Research analysis services to assist the team. She also provides impeccable strategy advisory services which ultimately guides all the company’s strategies.
Her background in law gives her an insightful and unique perspective in legal and research analysis. She has attended extensive trainings in Anti Money Laundering and Risk Analysis from several prestigious institutes. She has an LLB (Hons) Madonna University and a LL.M from University

Yemisi has over 7 years of experience in the Financial Services Sector having worked with Access Bank Plc. She leads a team that provides advisory and financial services to sectors such as Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Power, Gas Processing , Infrastructure and PPPs and Cryptocurrencies.

Theophilus has over 7 years of experience in the Financial Services Sector having worked with Access Bank Plc. He leads a team that provides project development and management services to transactions and projects being developed or advised by the company. He is driven, practical and very methodical in delivering all required outcomes in projects. He has delivered several project including an LPG Cylinder Manufacturing Facility, a tyre recycling facility amongst other projects.

Administrative Officer

Titilayo provides administrative services to the company. As an administrative officer, she is responsible for facility management, documentation and archiving for the company. She also assists other departments in implementing and documenting their operations. She has an HND in Accounting.
