Omolara Oloba is an accomplished banking and retail finance professional with over 14 years of experience in business development, retail banking operations, credit management, deposit mobilization, and customer relationship management.

She currently serves as the General Manager, Retail Markets at Sage Grey Finance Limited, where she leads the company’s retail growth strategy, loan portfolio expansion, and funds mobilization initiatives.

Prior to joining Sage Grey Finance Limited, Omolara built a successful career at AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria, where she held several leadership roles including Branch Manager, Branch Operations Coordinator, and Client Adviser.

Omolara holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She is passionate about driving sustainable business growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.
