Grace Chukwuma is the Head, Human Resources at Sage Grey Finance Limited, where she leads the Company’s people strategy and human resources function, partnering with executive leadership to align talent, organisational development and workforce initiatives with the Company’s strategic objectives.
She brings over 14 years of experience in human resources strategy, organisational development and people transformation across the financial services, fintech, banking, hospitality and professional services sectors. Her experience spans talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning and organisational development.
At Sage Grey Finance, Grace has played a key role in strengthening the Company’s people and talent management framework, including the development of structured onboarding and management trainee programmes designed to support talent development and build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting Education from the University of Uyo and an MBA in International Business Administration from Coventry University. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and holds the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi) certifications.
Grace is also a published author, with two books to her name.
