Margaret Paul-Obot is the Head, Operations at Sage Grey Finance Limited, where she provides leadership across the Company’s operational functions, driving efficiency, process improvement, administrative effectiveness and the implementation of operational standards that support the Company’s business objectives. She brings over 15 years of experience across financial services, banking, administration, human resources, operations and client services. Her experience spans operational management, office administration, process coordination, compliance, people management and business support, with a strong understanding of the operational requirements of financial services institutions. Margaret commenced her career in financial services in 2006 and joined Sage Grey Limited in 2016 as Office Manager, prior to the Company’s transition into a CBN-licensed finance company, Sage Grey Finance Limited. Following the transition, she assumed broader responsibilities as Head, Human Resources, Administration and Operations in 2020, before progressing to her current position as Head, Operations. Over the course of her tenure at Sage Grey, she has played an important role in the development and strengthening of the Company’s operational infrastructure, supporting the implementation of administrative and operational processes, workforce coordination, compliance requirements and business continuity. She holds an HND in Banking and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic and an OND in Banking and Finance. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
