Omolara Oloba is the General Manager, Retail at Sage Grey Finance Limited, where she leads the Retail Division with responsibility for driving business growth, deposit mobilisation, credit portfolio expansion, and customer acquisition across the retail, SME, corporate, institutional and government segments. She brings over 14 years of experience across retail and commercial banking, SME finance, credit risk management, deposit mobilization, business development and branch operations. Her experience spans customer acquisition, credit assessment and recovery, portfolio management, business development, and the implementation of growth strategies across diverse customer segments. Prior to joining Sage Grey Finance, Omolara spent close to a decade with AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria, where she progressed through roles including Client Adviser, Branch Operations Coordinator and Branch Manager. In these roles, she gained extensive experience in branch management, business planning, credit and recovery oversight, customer relationship management and deposit mobilisation, while driving business performance at branch level. At Sage Grey Finance, she is responsible for expanding the Company’s retail and SME franchise, strengthening customer relationships and supporting the growth of the Company’s lending and deposit portfolio. Omolara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Postgraduate Diploma in Management Science and Master’s degree in Human Resources, both from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
